In March 4th and 5th, 2013 FUNIBER Dominican Republic, invited UNINI’s Chancellor José E. Valentín Mercado, Ph. D, to offer two conferences. The first one was held in Santo Domingo and another in Santiago. The topics discussed were the advantages and benefits of a positive and preventive use of technologies in the daily and professional live of the individual, and how to use them for a common good. Also, the Doctorate programs submitted and under evaluation by the Council of Education of Puerto Rico were presented.
